EDINBURGH FRINGE FESTIVAL PREVIEWS 2019

Edinburgh Previews: What’s happening?

From June 16th 2019 until July 31st 2019 we are running our Edinburgh Previews Season.  Once again we have a full programme of Fringe shows for you at The Secret Comedy Club. These are all acts that will be taking their 1 hour shows to Edinburgh for the Fringe Festival there. With over 50 acts performing here over the two months, we have something for everyone at Artista this June & July for our preview season! You can find us at Artista Cafe & Gallery, 42 Waterloo Street BN31AY.  Most tickets to our events cost only £5. With the caliber of acts we have on these shows will sell out fast so get your tickets while you can! (these are not Brighton based acts so you will not be able to see them often in Brighton, but you can now before the head off to Edinburgh)

Who are we?

Artista is a versatile arts cafe/bar located just one minute from Hove seafront and a 5 minute walk from the i360 in the heart of Brighton & Hove. A small independent venue with a varied programme of events including art exhibitions, live music, theater, poetry, storytelling & comedy. Audience participation is always welcome & encouraged. This is a space for creative spontaneity!

What is the Fringe Festival?

What do we do?

We have a cozy cafe-bar with a front-room feel & a performance/event space available for private hire. There is also a third room upstairs that looks like a vintage living room and can be used for anything from rehearsals to parties or music events. It has the best light in the venue so is great for exhibitions.

Apart from the Fringe festival we run comedy, music and spoken words gigs all year round so follow us on social media to keep up to date with what we are doing .  You can also add yourself to our mailing list for our monthly updates
