Short Bio: Carl started his creative career by performing folk songs in Hastings and talking to the audience in between. He quickly realised that he was enjoying the gaps inbetween songs more and that he wanted to become a comedian. Carl moved to Brighton where he shared a room in a hostel so that he could begin performing stand up. In Brighton, Carl developed his act and persona over several years honing the particular idiosyncrasies that make his act unique by picking up on the minutiae of everyday life with an off-beat delivery and style. Carl now plays at many of the top Comedy clubs in the country including Brighton Komedia, Angel Islington, XS Malarkey Manchester, Glee Comedy Club Birmingham and The Comedy Store Manchester.
